Hello,

The possible causes are indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance or chrons disease or ulcerative colitis or infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid fatty food and alcohol. Use probiotics and avoid carbonated drinks. Tab. normaxine.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
