Hello, thanks for the visit to H.C.M.C.
This is presumed that at present your's weight is fixed. Yeast cells presence in the stool is usually normal, so need not worry.
Due to personal hygiene there may be itching all over body so first of all take care of personal hygiene and a medicated soap is available in market, you can use it for this itch.
Irregular bowl movement is the cause of concern, if previously the movement of your's intestine was very regular so for this you have get ultrasound of whole abdomen to rule out any pathology( disease).
Fried food specially spiced cause gas formation and stomach irritation. For this you have to change your feeding habit.
Still can't remain without fried food , in that case you have to take some antacid at the advice of some doctor.
Good luck for good recovery. Dr. HET.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

They are commonsals and are normally found
They do not generally cause problem unless overgrown replacing the bacteria – as may be the overuse of antibiotics... Probiotics may help

You probably need upper and lower GI endoscopy for evaluation of your symptoms – because of the history of the weight loss.

Itch and rash may be helped by anti-histamine tablet – blood test like RAST may detect the allergen... / if found, de-sensitisation may be attempted...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
