Stones In Kidney, Acidity, Digestion Problems. Lab Tests Done

I m 52 year old male . I have gone through lab test which result as follow:
LFT : total :0.9 SGPT/ALT : 54U/L Gamma G.T. 48U/L
LIPID: Total : 287 HDL: 45 LDL:222 Triglyceride:777 total Lipid :1012 my total Cholestrol usually 260 -290 in past 8 years.
Gulocose : 12 hrs Fasting 74 Uric Acid 6.2mg/dl Creatinine: 0.9
Blood CP: WBC 7.7/Cumm Lymphocytes : 45% Platelets: 217 other in normal range
I usually after some physical work get fatigue back pain legs pains .I have stones( small) in both kidney and one in ureter near kidney for last 4 years , usually remain suffer with gas filled belly and low digestion problem

As you are prone for renal stones,plenty of water may be taken daily.Consultation with Urologist may be needed and as your serum creatinine is normal and to prevent further formation of renal stones,Nephrologist may be consulted.Lipid profile,a small deviation may be managed with diet modification.
