Stomach Pain With Headache

Hi, I have a friend and her stomach hurts all the time now but some day`s it`ll do just fine no pain at all. but any way usually when her stomach hurts and her head hurts what could be wrong?

Tab.Ocid 20 mg twice a day with empty stomach
Tab. cipro tz twice a day for 5 days
for headache
Tab. calpol 500 mg sos
