Stomach Pain With Foul Smelling Stool. What Is Causing This ?

hii..i have stomach pain,its always disturbing me and i always fart but i excrete once a day and its really smelly.what can i do please help?

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You might have some infection in your GI tract,bacterial or amoebic.
Go for stool test.
after report go for treatment accordingly.
Avoid constipation,
Avoid fried and junk food.
Take green veggies,
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
