Hi If treated with appropriate antibiotics for adequate duration, typhoid commonly does not occur again. Does she have watery stools now? If so it might be viral. If she has dysentery- it might be due to bacteria that includes typhoid bacteria too. Since you have already started Taxim this time, continue with that. Since most of the gut infections are spread through food and water, its better to give her boiled cooled water and food with good hygiene. Home cooked food is better.
