Dear lusifigo, what should you do? First, if you start to vomit blood, if you feel such a lot and sudden pain continously or you feel dizziness go to hospital immediately!! These could be symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding!

Now, if you feel better, come down, you dont need to hurry. You should know that these symptoms should be evaluated to rule out some serious disorders.
First u should do gastroscopy, stomach biopsy and Helicobacter pylori eradication.
Second, you should do colonoscopy to see the source of bleeding. The most common causes are hemoroids, anal fissures and angiodysplasia, but polyps and tumors can also be found.

I wish you have good health, Dr. Ivan Romich
