Hi. um so im a 18 year old female. iv been have lower tummy pains some times like cramps . iv had sore breasts and feeling like i need to vomit but just dry reaching. iv had dark/brown bleeding while iv been on my sugar tabelts and when i went back onto the normal pill part my bleed turned light and thin red. iv missed a few pills in the past month or so. what do you think is wrong with me?
