Stomach Pain, Scan Showed Bulky Right Ovary, With Stromal Echoes, Peripheral Follicles On Both, Have Regular Periods. Complications In Future?

Hi, I am 27 years old. i had stomach pain and scaned. the report is right ovary is bulky and left ovary is normal. but both ovary which contains stromal echoes and peripheral follicles.what does it meant.doctor told nothing to worry. my weight is 82, am having regular periods.is this will affect any things to me in future.please clarify my doubts

I do not see any major significant abnormalities in your scan report. I agree with your doctor as ‘to not worry’.

You may probably shed some kilos. I am glad that your periods are regular.

I do not think it will affect your health in future.
