Hello ma'am and welcome.

Well at times experiencing irregular periods can be normal, completely without pathology, but at times it can be suggestive of infections, hormonal imbalances, abnormalities of the uterus, abnormalities of the inner lining of the uterus, etc.

The pink or brown discharge are considered normal when seen either during the beginning or end of a period. And abnormal when seen with infections, hormonal imbalances, etc.

So if you have any other symptoms and if your current presentation does not clear within the next 2-3 days, then do report to your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
