Thank you for writing
I just now undergone with your case getting stomach pain is of many causes so first consult a gastroenterologist and have a endoscope done so that reports clarify you whether you are having gastric problem or not if you neglect sometimes they causes severe ulcers so go and consult doctor immediately and If you are not having gastric problem visit a gynecologist and have abdomen scan so It may diagnose more clearly what was happening to you........
Dont neglect your health immediately go and have check up and take medications
For further query write me back
