Stomach pain every morning followed by loose motions, affecting overall performance. How can I control it?

hi doctor, i used have pain in my stomach everymorning which might follow loose motion...this pain weakens me while i work and my performance drops among my colleague...this has also reduced my apetite and if i try to have takes time to finish among my colleague.. please suggest me something that can help really has affected my performance while having the skill...

Since when you have above mentioned symptoms? If lasts more than one month , then you need properly investigation for definitive diagnosis. You can try adjust your diet, choose carefully your meal, may use antacids oral rehydration salts that can get over counter in nearest pharmacy. But I would advice you Gastric Endoscopy with biopsy( to rule out Helicobacter Pylori infection), Laboratory investigation( complete blood count, amylase, lipase, Liver function test, Coproparasitologic exam ), then will be clear regarding your condition.
