Stomach pain, difficulty in swallowing, flatus after excessive masturbation. Remedy?

Hi. Iam Sam . Before I was too much masterbite day .then I got stomuck pain .i can t eat quckily because my swallow is very tight .this is not block .i eat after I need drink water now food going to my stomock. If I think any sexual things now my stomock getting tight now I drink water then loose I do now which sick this .i think this gas what I can do now

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Masturbation is not a sin. Masturbation is normal practice and does not cause any harm to body if done moderately (maximum 5 times a week after the age of 20).

You are anxious or apprehensive about something which causes your stomach tightness while thinking about sex. I presume that it is the fear about masturbation. Forget it.

Masturbation cannot cause these symptoms physically, but mentally it can. Consult a psychologist for counseling.
