Stomach Pain, Colonoscopy Report Normal, Nauseous, Lump In Chest

Ive had pain in my stomach for six months or longer. Went to gastroinstestinal dr., had colonoscopy ...everything fine. For the past two weeks I ve felt nauseous...I was sick 5 days ago....throwing up etc...seemed like the flu . Since then I have had lump in my chest/ throat like the throwing up feeling, though I know I wont throw up..
