Stomach Pain, Blood Lines On Stool, Brown Substances Discharged From Anus. History Of Constipation. Possible Problems?
i am 20. A Malaysian female. i have bearable stomach pain n uncomfort intermittently. recently i have blood lines hanging from the stool and just now i found a plastic like substances coming out from my anus . its yellowish brown, partially transparent. i always have constipation problem since three years ago. I am kinda depend on yakult and yogurt drinks. can i know what are the possible problems associated to me please?

Hi,As you are having Constipation since three years,most Probable diagnosis is Haemorrhoids(Piles).Please take plenty of Liquids and Fibre containing diet.If you are having Pain while passing stools,there may be associated Fissure in Ano.Please go for Proctoscopy/Colonoscopy for accurate diagnosis.

Such symptoms can be caused by hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowel disease, rectal polyps, IBS, medicines (like antidepresants), bad diet.
Every blood in stool should be diagnosed with colonoscopy. You should also have abdominal ultrasound, full blood work, stool tests.
You should avoid fatty foods, soft drinks. Increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake. Physical activity should be also increased.
