Stomach Pain, Blood In Urine And Stool. Any Ideas?

hi there, these past few weeks i've been suffering with stomach pains and yes i did go to the emergency to get a check up and i was told that i have gulstone but the other question i asked wasn't answered at all. My question that i wanted to be answered is when i got to the washroom in my urine i have blood including my stool, could that be ulcers?

Hi,

You have not told that you are taking any drugs or not.The blood thinner drugs may cause bleeding in urine and stool.The low platelet counts may also cause such symptoms.

The other causes are leukemia, glomerunephritis, haemophilia, liver failure etc.YOu should have the blood counts, liver function test, upper gi endoscopy and colonoscopy as well as physical examination by doctor/surgeon to rule out any local pathology.

The treatment should be aimed at the underlying cause.
