Stomach Pain Always No Matter What Or How Much I Eat With Watery Stools

After eating i always feel really feel no matter what i am eating and a lot of times i have some stomach pain. Also i have had a loss of appetite and when i push down on my stomach it makes weird noises not like the normal grumbling sounds. I also have been pooping a lot and it is usually kind of watery. This is usually shortly after i eat

Hi. The pain and loose motions after food with lots of gurgling sound are suggestive of an intestinal problem like infection, subacute obstruction or an infective process of appendix. This needs to be investigated to confirm the diagnosis. You can have a course of antibiotic . If this does not help you may have to go for Ultrasonography and / CT scan of abdomen to confirm the underlying cause for a proper treatment .
