Stomach pain, abdominal pain, frequent bowels. Causes and treatment?

im having stomach ache for two days, and i didnt eat something wrong on monday night 23 July 2012. I just had ice tea with milk and dimsum. when i wake up next morning im having stomach ache and need to use toilet. after that im having stomach ache until now sometimes the pain is on my right side and the pain is come and go, i also noticed yesterday after i eat my tummy is pain.

Do you noted fever, headache, diarrhea? Do you have history of gastritis ? Without Endoscopy, stool exam and blood tests is hard to tell exactly about your condition. Try antacids, Oral rehydration salts, light food( avoid fatty, oily, fry meals), plenty of fluids, juices. If symptoms will persist then you have to seek consultation .

Thanks for posting query.
It appears to gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and gastrointestinal infection
Follow the advices properly-
1.     Try antacids, Oral rehydration salts, light food (avoid fatty, oily, fry meals), plenty of fluids, juices.
2.      Upper GI endoscopy, stool examination and blood tests are hard to tell exactly about your condition.
Consult with physician, test to be done and follow his advice further proper management.
