Stomach Hurt And Pains Ad Muscle Pull. Doctor Said That Is Due To Stress. Starting Flu Symptoms. Will There Be Any Stomach Injury?

hi I am new to this and hoping someone can help me with my answer. I am a 31 year old male that s general healthy. I got injured in my stomach playing with my little girl I felt like a shape pulling pain in the top right of my abs but didnt feel like a muscle pull. so went to doctors put me on pain killers and I was bed bound for 2 weeks and said to me it will take 6-8 weeks to recover. so I felt like something was not right and kept going doctotors was getting light headed sometimes and explained this so the doctors said could be stress and need to stop thinking because can lead to stress. So anyway left feeling quite pushed away and carried on through day to day life. onlyto doctors to start feeling unwell in myself. starting to have a flu symptoms and aching and loads of water mucus coming out of my nose after that led to a sore throat and finding it hard to shallow and like someone was scrapping back of my throat for a few days then having a aching back of my head. Only to realise in mornings I started spitting bits of blood in my spit. anyway went back to doctors again and he said sounds like you have had a virus and to rest a few days. So rested for a few days only to still spit blood up in the mornings or wake up with a funny tatse in my mouth. Anyway went back to docs not happy at all.i said i wanted something sorted and was happy so he as now done my blood test. which i am in the process of waiting for. he also give me antibotics and said you could have a troat infection. I am so worried because i keep waking up spitting blood and also feel a burning feeling to the skin. not to mention a ache in my neck and left side of head. what shall i do? what do you think it is? i mean i went to doctors yesterday and he put me on a 5 day course of anitbotics. i just dont know what to do i really dont know what it is. i am starting to go back 8 weeks and thinking could it be this injury that I got. would be very graeful if someone coud help regards neil

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You are rightly given full course of antibiotics.
You need throat examination by ENT specialist.
Chest X-ray (PA view)should also be taken. It will exclude Koch's etiology. Koch's can lead to blood in sputum.
Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done. CT Scan can be done if needed. CT Scan can exclude stomach injury although there are very less chances of such injuries.
Get well soon.

Take Care
