Stomach Has Been Hurting In The Middle. Worried ?
My stomach has been hurtibg go three days now and it sometimes stops but then it come back and it hurts real bad. When I eat it will start to hurt again. It hurts in the middle of my stomach. I m getting kin of scared right now because it won t go away. I ve also have been taking tums. I don t have to puke or any of that. Please help!!!

Hi,
You have gastritis.
It occurs due to hyper acidity, or taking hot spicy food ,smoking taking alcohol any pancreatic disease or duodenal ulcer etc.
Take light food without oil & chilly.
Take more milk.
Avoid smoking or alcohol.
An antacid will help.
A proton pump inhibitor medicine is required if not controlled by above measure.
