Hi, thanks for the query.
Hiatus hernia usually don't produces any problems so avoid this, since your's colonoscopy report is also normal, that a good thing.
Stomach fullness, dizziness ,abdominal distension, slight loss of appetite gases as all there are related to stomach problem.
In your case it seems that there is chronic gastritis as fried food , spice food, anxiety, all are behind this disease.
Sore throat and cold not related to stomach problem but if you are taking medicines for these things than gastritis may develops due to the side effects of drugs.
First of all shun the anxiety and take bland food.
For long terms you can take rebamipide 100 mg but after the consultation of doctor. You will be right.
Good luck. Dr. HET

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Reflux from the hiatus hernia could be responsible for recurrent episodes of upper respiratory tract symptoms.

Proton pump inhibitors supplemented with pro-kinetic drugs and magaldrate help.
Not lying down after eating, sleeping with head end elevated, dinner at least 2 hours before bed
are some measures that are useful
If the symptoms are troublesome, if the hernia is large, it can be operated...

You probably also have anxiety and irritable bowel Syndrome too..
Discuss with your gastro-enterologist.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
