Stomach feels bloated and full, frequent bowel. Solution?

Hi my stomach feels full and bloated and I have pooped very little earlier and later on it felt that I have to go again but nothing. Soon after that I started to dry heaving so I drank water and than an hour later went to the bathroom n pooped very little and soon after that dry heaving and puked up little bit of white foam and lil bit after that I m freezing n fell asleep for like 10 mins. Or so cause of my stomach being full and bloated still

Based on the information given, I think it may be due to idigestion. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
It should improve on it's own if it is indigestion and you get good rest. Kindly update if there is no improvement, so that we can talk about other causes.Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have have any clarifications.
