Gym is the best place to lose fat! If you are into a good deal of aerobic exercises like running and cycling the accumulated fat is bound to decrease. Additionally, if you are overweight (which can be found out by noting your BMI which is your weight in kilos divided by the square of your height in meters and note if the result is more than 25) then you should go in for a balanced diet also.

Localized fat excesses are amenable to liposuction, however, it is advisable that you go in for a good trial of diet and exercise before you try this form of treatment out.
