Stomach Disorder, Short Interval Stools, Bloated, Flatulence, Prescribed Sibofix. Cause?

Hello Doctor.. I have been suffering with stomach disorder for 7 years. I pass stool for 3 to 4 times a day also the stool is not fully formed. I feel bloated and flatulence most of the time. Especially the symptoms are worse in the morning. Recently, i went to a doctor who prescribed Sibofix. I am using it for last one week. Found great relief in my symptoms. What could be the reason behind my illness?
