Stomach Cramps With Diarrhea. Blood In Stool. What To Do?

I am a 24 year old female. I am 5 7 and weigh 140lbs. I started having stomach cramps last night and had diarrhea . This afternoon I felt like I needed to poop again...but all that came out was a stream of bright red blood . It did not hurt at all, but it was very strange. That was about 3 hours ago. My stomach cramps are still bugging me, but I have not pooped blood again yet. what should I do?

Thanks for your query,

your stomach cramps with diarrhea shows about GIT bacterial infection.
you should go for stool test also.

you should take light food with boiled water.

add antibiotics and antispasmodic medicine
also take advice from local physician.
