hi sarahforster147 ,

I Have read your Question,

By the symptoms you have stated it could be Irritable bowel syndrome with symptoms like constipation with hard time passing stool, as well as fewer bowel movements. They will often need to strain and will feel cramps with a bowel movement. Often, they do not release any stool, or only a small amount.

These are completely curable naturally and even normal medicine , but i suggest you to try natural method first,

try eating oat meal or porridge atleast twice a day , and drink buttermilk and coconut water since these help in easy passage of stool, and have b-complex and other vitamins in addition.

Coming to normal medication ,anti-constipation tabs, anti-spasmodic tabs (please consult nearest physician for prescribing the required tabs according to your age and other related factors), and pro-biotic tabs.

I recommend you to consult your nearest gastroenterologist if the problem persists.

Wishing you a good health,
