Stomach Cramps And Uncontrollable Diarrhea, Colon Check Shows Spots Of Diverticulitis. IBS ?
I'm a 60 year old female who in the past 3 weeks has experienced stomach cramps and uncontrollable diarrhea . I had a colon check 3 years ago and was told everything looked good except for a few spots of diverticulosis . Not worth any trouble . He sad he thought I might have ibs due to my symptoms. Sometimes the urge comes so fast I can't make it to the bathroom on time.

IBS has tendancy of reccurance and alternate episodes of diarrhea and constipation are common.
You may need intestinal motility and mucosa maintaining medication by consulting your treating doctor.
IBS need strict diet control and proper intake, holistic therapy will reduce triggering factors for your symptoms .so you should start yoga ,exercises, meditation.
