Stomach cramp after taking beans with starch. Hypothyroid, celiac disease. How long will this last?

I recently was diagnosed with Hypothyroid and found out today I may have Celiac Disease. My doctor is out until this Monday and I just had beans with starch not knowing there is a long list of certain foods I cannot eat....the part just below my stomach is cramping and I was wondering if this is going to last all day?

in this disease what you need id to take diet free of gluten .
and you should be very aware of the the food that contain gluten.
but for now if you are coming across some of the problems related to altered bowel,then you jst dun need to worry ,as it will be alright
