Stomach Bloating After Eating, Bleeding On Passing Stools. History Of H.pylori, Piles. Treatment?

Dear Doctor, My problem is with stomach, after almost every meal stomach is bloated, I am maintaining good diet and weight under check , yet stomach is creating an issue around hips and the middle part of the body , i had blood flow while passing the stool , this could be because of piles as am having it from the childhood. I was affected by H-PYLORI some two years before and now out of it after anti bio + combined treatment , my age is 43 Thanks and regards

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

It appears that you are having dyspepsia, for this take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone. For bleeding hemorrhoids make your stool soft by taking laxative like syrup cremaffin plus, and a phlebotropic agent like daflon. If bleeding not stopped after this then get them banded
