Welcome to HCM

The bloating symptoms mostly experienced by patients isn't related to any specific foods but it is related to the motility and activity of the intestinal mucosal villi. Latest research have been carried out on the functions of villi and it was stated the lack of fiber diet decrease the functional capacity of villi which in a response have poor absorption of the nutrient from the diet which makes the food content to stay for longer duration in the intestine. Such conditions causes bloating symptoms which is a negative feedback mechanism and can also cause constipation or reactionary diarrhea as well

It is recommended to use fiber diet. Ispaghol husk is very much effective and along with use a gastric prokinetic drug like metachlopromide.
