Hello and thank you for posting your qury on HCM
Looking at your reports, I conclude that your blood iron levels are low but iron stores are adequate which means that you are in initial stage of iron deficiency. This iron deficiency explains the weakness which you are complaining of.

However, the level of hemoglobin is within normal limits. This finding does not go with the low iron level.
Did you get all the tests done at one lab on the same day or different labs?
However, whatever may be the reason I would suggest you to get your hemoglobin repeated once more from a reputed accretided lab.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks and take care
