Hello and welcome to HCM,
The stomach pain suggests a gastric problem.
However, you have not mentioned whether the pain is related to food intake or not.
Is there any history of fullness, bloating or regurgitation.
If yes then you are suffering from gastrointestinal reflux disease.
Antacids and proton pump inhibitors are commonly used for this condition.
However, you need to consult your doctor for clinical examination, relevant investigations and prescription of drugs.
Regarding your other symptoms of pain while standing up, feeling dizzy and feeling cold; thyroid function tests need to be done.
Consult your physician for clinical examination and prescription of investigations.
Hypothyroidism causes symptoms of weakness, dizziness, lethargy, feeling cold, body aches, menstrual abnormalities, etc.

Thanks and take care
