Stomach Ache, Headache, Painful Urination, Nausea. Why Am I Having This Pain?
hye doctor.my name is aina and im 15 im having a really bad stomach ache on my upper abdominal,im having a headache too.i got this pain since last night,and now when i want to go to school i cant barely even go to the toilet cause it hurts so bad.i feel like vomitting it all out but im not vomitting.can you please state the reasoh why im having this pain??thank you.

use metronidazole course for 5 days
i suggest to add antacid gel 2 tsf tds
antispasmodic tab for abdominal pain sos
and analgesic for headache sos
i will suggest for ultrasound to get the exact result and that will help in further management
