Thanks for writing your query.

It seems that your symptoms are due to increased acidity and gas production.
You should follow a healthy life style and dietary habits and follow some precautions like :-
1. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2. Donot miss a meal.
3. Avoid cigarette and alcohol.
4. Avoid emotional/mental stress.
5. Donot self medicate especially with pain kilers and steroids.
6. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, legumes, cabbages, etc.
7. Drink plenty of pure water daily.

Also get yourself investigated for H.pylori and get endoscopy done.

Taking antacid like Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day before meals along with Domperidone 10 mg will be beneficial in reducing your symptoms. Taking antacid in gel form after meals is also beneficial.

I hope this is helpful to you.
