Stings And Burns In Vagina A Side Effect Of Intake Of Gyno Travogen Ovules?

I am pregnant and having yeast infection. My gynae gave me gyno travogen ovules. After 30 minutes of using it, my vagina stings and burns. I try to wash it off but the stinging burning sensation is still there. It's very uncomfortable and has made me very sore down. What do I do? I am 35 weeks pregnant.

Hello.Sometimes the administration of vaginal ovules can cause irritation and burn, although these symptoms are too typical of own fungal infection.
If your discomfort persists, your doctor should consider replacing the vaginal antifungal for antifungal by mouth as Fluconazole.
I wish you good health.
