hi my neck is stuck not turning one side please advice

hi,thanks for query.This can happen due to either trauma or sprain from some act like improper posture while work or sleep.Please apply some analgesic over the area and take any analgesic tablets that you are comfortable with.You can try applying some ice packs over area.Please keep your posture good and after this do some regular exercise to improve strenght of your neck muscles and have more flexibility.
