Stiff And Painful Fingers, Wrists, Knees And Shoulders. Why Am I Weak Now?

I had a feeling imwmwalking on a stone on ball of left foot ,gradually I now hav stiff painful fingers wrists knees and shoulders,this has all happened in 6 months.i feel very weak and don t sleep,at night due to an aching in my muscles off upper arms.i ache all over and due to see a rheumotoid soon.can you help me please.thankyou

Rheumatoid arthritis can be diagnosed by ESR, CRP, and ra factor. He can also ask for anti ccp antibody. I would recommend you to take Brufen tablet daily. Take warm shower daily. Also avoid cool temperature, air-conditioning.
