Stiff, Aching Neck. Hurts To Turn Head. On Steroid, Antibiotic For Sinus Infection. What Could Have Caused This?

For the last two days I've had a stiff and aching neck, kind side and back of the neck and top of shoulder. It hurts when I try to turn my head or look over my shoulder. I can't think of anything particular I have done to cause this so wondering what could be going on. I have recently been taking a steroid and antibiotic for a sinus infection.
