Hi I stepped on a fish skeleton three weeks ago and thought i had gotten all of the bones out of my heel, however i have swelling and pain around the outside edge. I soaked my foot , treated it with topical ichthamol and another bone came out. The pain was gone for a few days, but a bump remained. It is hurting again! There is obviously something else under the skin. I do not have health insurance and cannot afford to go to a doctor. What can I do?
