Started Vomiting After Waking Up. Having Pain In Leg And Stomach. Not Feeling Sick. Any Advice?

i woke up and puked and puked out all my food and now i dont feel sick but i am having pains in my legs and stomach does that mean im getting better

Hi, single vomiting can be normal and mostly related to previous meals, in ur case dinner legs are shaky as you loose lot of ions during vomiting. Don't worry have oral rehydration solution or a glass of water withone tablespoon sugar and pinch of salt. U will feel better. Tc
