General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,thanks for query.First of all you should visit your doctor and get an ultrasound done.there are various possibilities like injury to support of uterus during pregnancy, some pelvic infection or something like infection in urine bag or intestine.Local examination as well as ultrasound is required for your diagnosis.Avoid constipation,do not strain at stool and life heavy weight, take light diet.bye.
