Stabbing Constant Pain In Right Leg, Weak And Stiff Legs, Unable To Walk. Advice

After vacuuming our car I heard a "snao" and went down inside car. Then I had acute stabbing constant pain down right leg. My legs feel weak and I can't stand fully uright. When I try to life my leg it hurts really bad. It feels around talibone area and in the am I am so stiff and almost unable to walk. I kind of shuffle. When sitting its unbearable pain. But I can bend fully forward to stretch my hamstrings withoutpain. Its the coming up that hurts.

I have read your query.

It looks from your details that most probably you may have sacro iliac dysfunction.You should do following to have relief in this-

-Avoid bending forward.

-Do rest.

-I used to treat such patients with muscle relaxants.You may have one of them on prescription.

-Do warm fomentation with help of warm water bag over affected area.
