By false positive TMT means that though TMT changes suggestive of coronary artery
disease but your coronaries are normal(thereby the changes in TMT has occurred because of some other cause). Apparently, on your resting EKG there is evidence of pre excitation syndrome (a condition of electrical conduction tissue of heart). Personally, I would not have done TMT but done thallium studies. To conclude, coronaries are 100% normal the gold standard cardiologist take as regular coronary angiography
or some will be satisfied with normal CT Angio for coronaries. Good effort tolerance and no angina
point towards normal coronary arteries but to call a test false positive you ought to be more stringent and less than 100% surety in the matters of heart is not acceptable.
