Spotting, Supposed To Start Periods. Started Working Out. Implantation Bleeding? Recommendations?

i had spotting the day im suppost to have my period and last 2 days.. the 2nd day was only visible when i wiped.. the thing is i started working out 2 wks ago with diet..could the spotting because of the exercise? but if so how come on the day of my period i experienced the spotting intead of other days? could i just experienced implantation bleeding?

you are having spotting on the day which corresponds to the date of menstruation.. could be implantation bleeding..
in order to confirm get urine pregnancy test done and serum HCG levels, which is confirmatory..
see your obstetrician in any case..
