Spotting, Sore Breasts And Cramping. Had Used Paragard In The Past. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I ve had paragard for about a yr and a half I had my period on July 16 bleed a couple days didn t then spotted a few days til bout the 26th had sex durin two of the days I wasn t bleedin but lightly spottin and now for the last couple of days my breasts are sore and nipples are tender and I ve had sum cramping! I shouldn t start next period for bout 2wks! Could I be pregnant again?
