I am 48 years old.. My periods have been regular up until these last few months... The days were March 12, April 25, May 17, June 16, July 15, Aug 26. So it went from a 44 day cycle to 29, 30, 29 and then 42. With my last period starting Aug 26th, I have no clue when im due to ovulate. I had sex w/my fiancé this past Sunday. Tuesday I had some spotting and this afternoon I started feeling nausea....At a 28 day cycle, my ovulation time would have been these last couple of day. What is going on w/me?

It is difficult to say anything for sure.
At this age when cycles become irregular fertility decreases. But, still if you did not use any birth control measure, possibility of pregnancy is still there.
Let's wait & see. You may try pregnancy test if you are overdue for a couple of days.
