I am 25 years old female. I started taking Yoga classes last month. My periods should arrive on 6th Dec (last period was on 6th Nov). I saw a spotting yesterday. So I think I am not pregnant. I feel like a cramp on the left side on the pelvis area. Can excessive work out delay my periods. I have had a miscarriage 6 months ago.
