Spotting After Periods, Abdominal Pain. What Do You Think?

Hi, I had my period on the 31st of July it lasted until the 5th August. Yesterday the 13th aug I saw some spotting of blood . At first it was light pink colour but today it is brown, however, on the tissue it is red blood. Also I have a pain in my lower left abdomen . This has never happened to me before and my periods are every 28 days. What do you think it may be and what do you advise me to do? Thank you

Hi,
thanks for query,
This is a mid cycle spotting.
It occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal imbalance occurs due to Anxiety,Tension,Long working hours, shift duty, ovarian lesion etc.
You just watch for 2=3 cycles if it remain continu then you should consult your doctor.
Thanks.
