Spot On Vagina. Itching, Lesser Vaginal Discharge. Concerned?

I recently discovered a white kinda long (about 1 cm) spot on the lip of my vagina. Its itchy but not bleeding and its been itching for about 2 days now. My usual vaginal discharge has also been lesser these 2 days but i dont know if there's a connection between the two. Should I be worried or overly concerned about it?

Welcome to HCM.
Itchy white spot on vagina is suggestive of fungal infection.
It could be due to improper hygiene after sex, perspiration and scratching.
Take proper local care, keep that area dry,use medicated soap.
Apply local anti fungal, steroid cream.Oral fluconazole-150 will be helpful.
Take oral levocetrizine for itching.Consult your physician for proper medical management.
