Hi, I get sporadic bumps in the creases around my groin and they smell foul when I rub my finger across. They only started appearing in the last 2-3 months. They appear to be about the same color as my flesh, but definitely feel raised under the skin. The foul-smelling discharge is clear. I m not sure what to liken the odor to other than maybe old, stale spit (not sure what puss smells like). Any idea what I m dealing with?
